Cancellation Policy
Consistently no showing, arriving past due grace periods or cancelling appointments day of and not 24hours prior will result in a partial payment ( 𝟒𝟓%) of the original booked service.
If you're more than 𝟏𝟎 minutes late for your appointment, it’ll be marked as a no-show which could result in rescheduling of all or part of your services .
Please understand consistently arriving late or missing your appointment can result in being charged a penalty fee.
